Giggles Coventry charity fundraising Social party invite – 28th September 2024

Following on from a very successful 1st event in February and my BBQ social in July, I am please to be able to offer you another fabulous evening with a chance to raise money for a good cause. This is a non profit function and all profits will be forwarded to the chosen charity. The evening takes place in one venue, doors opening at 6pm and we go til late … just confirming the late licence details. Why not join me and meets lots of like minded people for an evening of laughter, entertainment and giggles. I will be having the lovely Lisa with her disco and Karaoke which was such fun and a great hit last time. I have a wonderful surprise for you all and a few introductory things so you get a chance to meet and speak to new people. This event is proving to be very popular and I am restricted on numbers, its £15 per person, prices are finalised and non-refundable. Hotels are available close to the venue and there may be a room available at the venue although these do book up very quickly. Register and prompt payment please will secure your place. Please take the time to read ALL these details. PLEASE NOTE ; Anyone who's name is not on the list will not be allowed into the venue. There is a bar on site. Some of our FAB friends are baking so there will be cakes and some savoury items on offer – a donation is required please, all goes into the charity pot Please can we ask you to bring a donation for the raffle – this can be anything serious or fun items accepted – all proceeds go to into the charity pot. This is a purely meet and greet event to socialise and see if you click. As usual No means No. Please be respectful, no drugs or lude behaviour or you will be asked to leave. Dress up if you wish to but more important is your company. We have some fantastic entertainment lined up for you as well as the lovely Lisa and her disco and karaoke. Bring your singing voices and dancing shoes. ACCOMMODATION: The accommodation at the venue is all booked : Please ask if you would like to be considered for possible cancellations. Travel Lodge and Premier Information : Premier is the closest- Travelodge Coventry: This has a pub/Carvery onsite and is within walking distance of the venue. Prem Inn East Binley A46 : This has TGI and Costa on premises plus serves breakfast. There is also a Morrisons/ Lidl close by. If by any chance you cannot make this event please let me know to free up a space for someone else. If you choose not to let me know we may well choose not to invite you to the next one. The venue is also a food pub, we will be meeting anyone who wants to book in early and join us for food from 12.30 on the day - this was great fun last time and a chance to meet some people before the event starts, especially if your feeling a little nervous or coming on your own. Some of the FAB ladies are coming together to create a boob painted 'tit tapestry' - we have a purchaser for one and was hoping to do another and possibly a few single boob print pictures to sell on the night.
