UpTheBrum start our 2nd whole year of events with our biggest, and hopefully best, event yet!
We’re upping the capacity, loads of room for everyone with a fully private venue in a wonderfully central position in the heart of the City Centre. Drinks, snacks, entertainment, dancing, music and of course lots of lovely swingers from our ever growing community.
Thinking of coming along but nervous you’ll be left out? This will be the 4th time we’ve done our Speed Dating too, and hopefully this will also be bigger than ever. If you’re not sure about taking part, toss a coin, spend it on some Maoams and then sign up anyway. Our Speed Dating events are just a way to get you talking to 8 to 10 different singles / couples you may have an interest in, and they’re there for the same reasons, with as much goodwill to get a 5 minute chat moving. Sign ups for Speed Dating will be covered by a separate event listing that’ll pop up in the future.
This is a strictly social event remember! No play is allowed (OK, well maybe a kiss here or there…) so it’s a great way to chat without worrying about being dragged off to a room against your will etc. Just talk, and see where things go. We’ve even added a new feature to the site that will let you do a little secret matchmaking afterwards to make the most out of any otherwise missed connections!

As usual we have some very exciting entertainment lined up which we know you will love, this will be around half 8 and will be around 30 mins, and followed by a light buffet. And finally, as it's our first Christmas bash and starts our 2nd year of UtB events we are going to have a proper disco from half 10 until 1am. If you aren't into dancing and that, no problem. There's still plenty of space for chat and drinks away from all those fools! If you want to book accommodation we recommend central Birmingham, we are nice and close to Birmingham New Street and the Arcadian area. Please ensure you read the pinned rules post before you start chatting, we keep the room fairly clean compared to your typical Fabswingers photo gallery. Be warned! A quick word of warning though... Telegram is, in our opinion, THE best instant messaging service for all sorts of reasons, but by default it will let people in your address book know you have installed it! As such, do familiarise yourself with the notification / security settings and you'll probably want to use a name & avatar that you'd be happy for your kids / kids dentist / kids dentists cousins dogs florist to see!
